The Challenge

The client was a mid-sized real estate advisory firm operating in the NCR market. They had a WordPress website with decent domain age but almost no organic traffic, sitting at roughly 340 monthly visitors, almost entirely branded searches.

They had tried blogging before. A vendor had published 8 articles over 6 months. None ranked. None converted. They had abandoned the effort and assumed SEO "didn't work for their industry."

When we looked at what had been built, the problem was clear. Generic titles targeting impossible keywords ("best real estate in India"), no internal linking architecture, no conversion path on the blog, and landing pages with no intent alignment, the paid team was sending traffic to a homepage with no form above the fold.

The organic opportunity was completely intact. No one had built for it properly yet.

Our Strategy

Technical SEO Foundation Started with a full audit. Fixed crawl errors, resolved duplicate page issues, improved page speed from a Lighthouse score of 34 to 81, implemented schema markup for local business and property listing types, and rebuilt the XML sitemap.

Keyword Architecture Rebuild Threw out the previous keyword list. Rebuilt from scratch around buyer intent, people actively looking to buy, invest, or seek advisory in NCR. Mapped keywords to three funnel stages: awareness (problem-aware), consideration (solution-aware), and decision (vendor-ready). Each stage got a different content format and CTA.

Landing Page Redesign for Organic Traffic Built 4 new intent-matched landing pages targeting the highest-value keyword clusters. Each page had a form above the fold, testimonials from actual clients, and a clear, specific CTA ("Get a Free Property Advisory Call", not "Contact Us").

Content Engine Published 12 pieces of long-form content over 4 months, each targeting a specific keyword cluster with genuine depth. No filler. No AI-spun 500-word posts. Each article was between 1,400 and 2,800 words, included local market data, and linked to at least one conversion landing page.

Internal Linking System Built a deliberate internal linking structure connecting all content to the core landing pages. Every article had a clear path to a conversion page. No dead ends.

The Results

By the end of month 4 (without touching the paid budget once):

  • Organic traffic grew from 340 to 1,940 monthly visitors (+470%)

  • Inbound organic leads: 2.4x vs. prior 6-month average

  • 6 target keywords reached Page 1 of Google (including two in positions 1–3)

  • Average time-on-page increased from 48 seconds to 3m 12s

  • Cost-per-organic-lead: ₹0 (compared to ₹620 average from their paid campaigns)

The content built in those 4 months continues to generate leads every month. Paid campaigns have to be fed. A proper SEO system compounds.
